Dua Lipa has your transitional spring outfits covered. The musician made a case for soccer jerseys as layering pieces, and we’re copying it ASAP.
Dua Lipa celebrated the dawn of spring with a photo dump of recent adventures, leading with a mirror pic of herself wearing a red and black striped soccer jersey with “Training Season” written on the front — definitely a reference to her latest single. (ICYMI: Lipa actually had a merch drop that included this shirt back in February.)
Lipa wore the collared, short-sleeved shirt over a plain white crewneck long-sleeved shirt, ‘90s style, and paired it with equally sporty track pants and a high ponytail.

Lipa styled her athletic-inspired ’fit with hoop earrings and a silver necklace, and honestly, Sporty Spice wishes she was wearing this outfit. It’s comfy and easy, can be styled in so many different ways (it would be really cute with a miniskirt!), and is ideal for those in-between weather days. While the limited-edition jersey is long gone from Lipa’s site, you can channel the style with a vintage soccer tee or your favorite team’s number.
Though Dua Lipa loves a good gown or catsuit moment, she also loves an element of athleticwear, especially in her downtime. She frequently collaborates with Puma and has been known to ditch the high heels for sneakers on the red carpet.
The layered soccer jersey outfit makes another appearance later in the gallery, as does a more glamorous look from a dinner out, where Lipa wore a black dress or top with buckles on the straps and down the sides — she’s sitting down in the photo, so we can’t see the full look.
