Welcome to NYLON’s Party Report Card, where we give you the Who, What, Where, Why, and When on this week’s hottest parties — plus all the gossip you missed. It’s the inside scoop you need to feel like you were on the invite list. Sorry in advance for the FOMO.

WHAT: NYLON House Coachella Valley — a transformative journey of style and sound

WHEN: Friday, April 12

WHO: 1,000+ musicians, influencers, and VIPs

WHERE: California’s Coachella Valley

WHY: To remind partygoers to take their festival-season travel plans to the next level with a one-of-a-kind stay, like at La Quinta Club & Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

THE VIBE: For nearly 100 years, the storied La Quinta Club & Resort in California has been a getaway for the rich and famous, and this past weekend, Curio Collection by Hilton brought the hotel’s iconic vibe to NYLON House. Guests were invited to step through an enchanting custom floral archway (inspired by the ones at La Quinta) and into a hidden room full of sweet surprises.

Once inside, they were treated to a wall of never-ending treats like chocolate-covered almonds and cotton candy in a variety of flavors inspired by Curio Collection by Hilton properties around the world (think: “Nashville Old Fashioned” in celebration of Hotel Fraye Nashville and “Montera Sangria” as homage to Hotel Montera Madrid). The free custom belt bags proved to be a hit among the festival crowd, with plenty of guests being spotted using the merch throughout the party.

OVERHEARD: “Let’s take pics by that flower wa… Wait! Is that cotton candy?!”
