Meghan Markle’s American Riviera Jam Is Kid-Approved

Heather Dorak, a friend of Meghan Markle, isn’t making her kids just any peanut butter and jelly sandwiches—she’s serving up only the most gourmet version, using the duchess’s jam.

Dorak took to Instagram on April 29 to share a carousel of photos that included a snap of her two sons eating toast with strawberry preserves from Markle’s new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. If the big smiles on their faces are any indicator, the jam was a smash hit. In a second slide, she included a close-up of the jar, which was marked with the number 7, out of Markle’s 50-jar batch.

Dorak confirmed her kids’ delight in her caption, writing, “Kid tested, mother approved! Thank you for the tasty homemade jam @americanrivieraorchard. Love you, M!”

This is just the latest of raving reviews Markle has received for her fruit spread. Most recently, Chrissy Teigen stamped her approval on the product, describing it as “one of the best bites” she has had all year. Other celebrities to give their glowing appraisals include fashion designer Tracy Robbins, photographer Delfina Blaquier, Ralph Lauren model Nacho Figueras, Inside Out star Mindy Kaling, and American Fiction‘s Tracee Ellis Ross.

Markle and Prince Harry announced American Riviera Orchard on Mar. 14 with the launch of a website and Instagram account. However, they haven’t revealed much else about the brand. A source told People back in March that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s venture “will reflect everything that she loves—family, cooking, entertaining, and home décor.”
